We were kind of nervous for this couture engagement & pre-wedding portrait session, because Nan had been following our work for almost 2 years and keep recommending us to her friends as her favorite photographer. She can almost remember every wedding & engagement project that we have done before. We do hope we can shoot something unique and special for her. Another pressure is that Nan & Steve are so sweet and nice. When we met up in San Francisco, Nan & Steve brought us a bottle of wine & chocolate as a gift. But after warming up after a few shots, Nan & Steve are doing better and better. We started the session around 3 PM and ended around 9PM, and we were so excited to see them doing better and better. All of us didn’t feel hungry at all. And we will catch Nan & Steve for dinner next week, maybe in Koi Palace, one of our favorite and also close to Nan’s home. Again, as always, thanks to the amazing makeup by Ann Ho, she is the best.
